In Action

This is where Game On! comes to life. Here you'll find highlights from our events, the non-profits we partner with, the community organizations we support, and the ambassadors who show up for our kids — on and off the field. Every moment captured here represents a young person who now has access, opportunity, and a community that believes in them.

Mini Camp with Julian Love & Jen Mueller

June 6, 2025 · Seattle, Washington · Evening Event

Game On! Ambassadors: Julian Love · Jen Mueller Non-Profit Partner: Rainier Athletes Community Partner: Newport High School Football Team & Coaches

What happens when a Pro Bowl NFL safety, the Seattle Seahawks sideline reporter, and a high school football team show up for under-served youth on a summer evening? Pure magic.

On June 6th, One Eighty Foundation's Game On! initiative joined forces with Rainier Athletes — a non-profit dedicated to providing year-round sports scholarships, mentoring, and daily classroom support for our community's most vulnerable youth — for an unforgettable 90-minute event that the kids will never forget.

We arrived with backpacks packed with shoes, socks, and t-shirts for every Rainier Athlete — because every kid deserves to show up ready to play. Then, Seattle Seahawks safety Julian Love took the kids through a high-energy football mini camp alongside the Newport High School football players and coaches, who brought incredible energy and heart to the field. And if that wasn't enough — Julian personally signed Seahawks footballs for every single kid. Those footballs are going home as treasures.

Keeping the energy alive on the sidelines was Jen Mueller, the Seattle Seahawks sideline reporter and Emmy Award-winning broadcaster — because this is exactly what Game On! is all about: putting kids in the same space as athletes and role models who show them what is possible.

Baseball Mini Clinic with Ben Williamson, Angie Mentink & Jen Mueller

January 21, 2026 · Mariners Training Center · Seattle, Washington · Evening Event

Game On! Ambassadors: Ben Williamson · Angie Mentink · Jen Mueller Community Partner: Mariners Training Center

On a January evening at the Mariners Training Center, One Eighty Foundation's Game On! initiative brought together three incredible ambassadors and a group of young baseball fans for a night they will never forget.

We arrived with gear bags, mitts, and baseball bats for every kid — because every young athlete deserves to step up to the plate properly equipped. Then Seattle Mariners third baseman Ben Williamson — who made his MLB debut in 2025 after being selected by the Mariners in the second round of the 2023 draft — took the time to sit down with the kids and share his journey: what it took, what it cost, and what it felt like to finally make it to the majors. His honesty and accessibility made a real impression. Then it was time to get on the field, as Ben led the group through a hands-on baseball mini clinic that had every kid moving, learning, and smiling.

Alongside him were two of Seattle's most celebrated voices in sports broadcasting. Angie Mentink, who became the first woman in Seattle Mariners history to serve as a full-time color commentator, brought her deep love of the game and her trailblazing spirit to the evening — a powerful reminder to every young person in the room that there is a place for them in this sport. And Seahawks sideline reporter and Emmy Award-winning broadcaster Jen Mueller brought her signature energy and heart, keeping the excitement alive from start to finish.

This is Game On! in action — real athletes, real stories, real access, for kids who deserve all of it.
